  • Shipping the Item: Return the item to the address provided, ensuring it is securely packaged.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
